The reason your registration key doesn't work because there was mistakes or typos in the Owner Name submitted to Handango website during the order process.

Handango sometime uses a confusing term, Pocket PC ID, to refer to the Owner Name of your Pocket PC. It is understandable that many customers enter their device IDs instead the Owner Names of the device. Also Handango do not display the name in the confirmation email, nor the order confirmation page presented at the end of the order process so it is hard to find what you originally entered.

In the case, please contact Handango directly to let them know and they will be able to issue another key for you. You can also send an email to us to support@trancreative.com with your Handango order reference number and your device's Owner Name. We will manually issue and send you a new key.

In any case, please make sure, in your next purchase with Handango, to enter the Owner Name instead of device ID so your key generated is valid.
