Pocket Gear usually include registration keys in the confirmation emails they sent to customers. You may want to check your inbox to find if your key is there. If not, there is probably a problem during order process that the system did not collect your device Owner Name and then it couldn't issue a key.
In the case, please contact PocketGear directly to let them know and they will be able to issue a key for you. You can also send an email to us with your Pocket Gear order number and your device's Owner Name. We will manually issue and send you a new key.
