1.2. I can't download currency update from the Internet

Please try followings:

  1. Check the MxConverter User's Manual to find how to download the currency update.
  2. If you're downloading through Active Sync pass-through connection:
    - Open Active Sync in the desktop, select Tools menu, Options then Rules tab.
    - Make sure Pass Through option is set to "The Internet"
  3. Open Internet Explorer (yes, the browser in your device), go to Tools, Options then click Delete Files button to free up memory reserved for temporary internet files.
  4. Try to browse http://www.trancreative.com from Pocket Internet Explorer in the Pocket PC to find if our website is available. If you cannot access our website, there are some thing wrong in your Pocket PC Connection setting. Please refer to the Device Owner's manual to find how to setup a connection.
