I purchased via Paypal and have not received my registration key via email

If you purchase via Paypal, the registration key is sent in a separated email from us within a few minutes of your payment.
If you don't see any email, your spam filter may have blocked it. Please look for the email in SPAM folder.
You can also request our our system to send the registration key again:
- Visit Customer's Area: http://www.trancreative.com/CustomerArea.aspx
- Click on "Lost information" link on the right.
- Enter your email address you just used to purchase.
Note that if you pay via e-Check, the registration key will not issued until your check is clear, usually a 4 or 5 business days.
